Wallara invites you to become a Volunteer …

Wallara believes that the unique contribution of every person is of value and recognises that participation in voluntary activities  relates to a person’s genuine desire to help others. Contributing to human welfare through a spirit of community involvement should achieve reciprocity of gain.
Wallara aims to extend and enhance the services it offers, keeping its goals and objectives in view.  Volunteers can significantly assist with this.
Creation of mutual respect between volunteers and staff as co workers is seen as important.

As a Volunteer, you will become an enthusiastic and valuable member of our team. At Wallara, we endeavour to provide all our Volunteers with optimal working conditions, on-going support and focused direction. We will endeavour to match volunteers with people that share similar interests. Combined with your co-operation, this should deliver positive results, opportunities and benefits to everyone associated with Wallara.
Our community needs the support of Volunteers. Volunteers contribute significantly to assisting people with a disability to participate and be a member of their community. The regular contact provides people with support, encouragement and social connections.

‘…..Volunteers are important.  Volunteers are vital…..’
