Take a Swing For Charity

In February 2011, Wallara was announced as the sole beneficiary of the City of Dandenong’s ‘Take A Swing for Charity’ Corporate Golf Day.

This initiative raised in excess of $50,000 for Wallara, thanks to the City of Greater Dandenong and the participants of the Golf Day, in particular the principal sponsors.  Wallara used these funds to purchase a walking hoist and tracking system and to create a beautiful new sensory garden, both at our high support centre in Potter Street.
