Goals & Training

All employees at Wallara Industries have an annual appraisal where goals and training opportunities are discussed. Wallara Industries assists employees with achieving goals and desires not only relating to their employment but also in their life outside work. Our aim is to also assist in improving an employee's level of work skills and productivity so that they may achieve an increased salary through our wage review process. Increased wages can often mean greater access and participation for people with a disability. Through our network, we aim to assist people to live independently and increase their social activities.
