Work Experience & Job placement trials
Wallara Industries offers work experience programs to students referred to us by CentreLink, Special Schools, The Department of Human Services, TAFE's, other agencies and family members. The main goal of this is to introduce students or work seekers to a structured workday - to learn about work ethics and social interaction and just get a general idea of what it is like to be in the work force.
Our staff will support and train the students and potential employees during their time of work experience. An assessment of the skills levels and options for a more permanent position of employment will be discussed at the end of the placement.
