Operations Manager, Day Services

We have an exciting opportunity in our Community/Day Services Division for a full time Operations Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager, Service Delivery, this is a key role in the organisation which will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operational practices and team culture within our community division and ensuring consistently high quality and person-centred services for our clients.

You’ll need to be highly motivated, strategic, innovative and a proactive leader, have excellent interpersonal skills and strong business acumen.

General Manager, Operations & NDIS Lead

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a full time General Manager, Operations and NDIS Lead to join the Wallara team!

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, this is a key role within the organisation. We are seeking an experienced leader with strong, contemporary knowledge of the NDIS environment and proven success at leading an organisation through that journey. You’ll need to have demonstrated experience in leading organisational culture and change management, as well as a comprehensive understanding of quality and compliance within the disability sector.

HR Officer

Reporting to the HR Lead, you will play an integral role in the HR team, with a focus on employee and volunteer engagement and relations. We’re looking for someone passionate about HR, with an innovative approach, exceptional communication and customer service skills who is ready to hit the ground running!

Support Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team in a full time capacity.

Your responsibilities will include delivering on projects and operational tasks in the areas of:

  • Understanding and interpreting NDIS legislation and funding including the NDIS price guide & the NDIS Outcomes Framework
  • Supporting participants to understand supports in their plan and utilise networks and resources to identify, link and coordinate supports for participants including community, informal and funded supports
  • Empower participants to activate their NDIS plans and ensuring outcomes are met through their allocated support coordination hours

Disability Support Coaches - Residential

We currently have two fantastic opportunities in our Live (residential) division for part-time (approximately 60 hours per fortnight) Support Coaches, currently based in Pakenham.

You will be joining a dynamic, self empowered team, passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live the way they choose.

Job Coaches - Supported Employment Division

We currently have an exciting new opportunity in our Logistics Division for a full time (Mon - Fri, 8am to 4pm) Support Coach - Employment!

You will be working with individual supported employees in a 1:4 ratio to help them achieve their goals within an employment setting.

Key to this role will be finding innovative ways to build independence in work activities and create learning opportunities to enable meaningful contribution in the workplace.

Site Leader - Day Services

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Day Services division for a full time Site Leader, currently leading our site in Dandenong that provides support to clients with complex behaviours and high intensity support needs.

Reporting to the Operations Manager - Community, you’ll be leading a team of dedicated Support Coaches within an empowered team model to achieve great outcomes for our clients.

House Leader - Residential

We have an exciting new opportunity in our Live (Accommodation) division for a full time House Leader.

Reporting to the Operations Manager - Live, you’ll be overseeing two Supported Independent Living Houses (SIL) for adults with disabilities and leading two self-empowered teams of dedicated Support Coaches to achieve great outcomes for our clients as well as managing the planning, administration, rostering and billing requirements for your sites.

Recreational & Social Event Lead

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a part-time Recreation and Social Event Lead. 

Reporting to the Individualised Services Manager, this is a really exciting new opportunity within our Service Delivery Team. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a great networker and be able to connect into the community and with Wallara’s partners to find new opportunities for our clients to explore.  You’ll need to bring your expertise in partnering, stakeholder engagement and business growth to impact on recreation and social event initiatives for the organisation and be able to provide exceptional customer service to clients and families.
