Support Lead

We have an exciting new opportunity in our Live (Accommodation) division for a full time Support Lead.

Reporting to the Operations Manager - Live, you’ll be leading two self-directed teams of dedicated Support Coaches to achieve great outcomes for our clients as well as managing the planning, administration, rostering and billing requirements for your sites. For further information, click here:


Excellence Coordinator

We are looking for a Quality Improvement Guru – a passion for improving processes and services is an absolute must in this role. In addition, you’ll need to be proactive, a self-starter, highly organised, have exceptional attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.  You’ll be responsible for duties including coordinating quality improvement processes and projects, risk management processes, coordinating internal and external audits, maintaining compliance reporting systems and much more!  For further information click here:


Disability Support Workers – Day Services, Part Time

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Activities (Day Services) division for four part time (Mon – Fri, 8:30am to 3:30pm) Support Coaches. This is a permanent part time role, with Support Coaches working across all of our day services sites as required; they will start from a predetermined site each morning (currently Potter St High Support in Dandenong), however will be redistributed to other sites as required. In order to be considered for this role, you must be willing to work across all support levels (high, mid and low) and willing to travel between sites as needed. For further details, click here:


Disability Support Workers – Casual

We require casual Support Coaches who have a high level of availability and the experience and skill set required to support clients with all support needs both in a group setting and 1:1. You will be part of a great team, focused on providing quality support to people with disabilities through a really dynamic mix of programs and activities. If you’re energetic and proactive, have a calm and flexible approach, are reliable and are up for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you! Please note, the roles in our residential division includes mornings, afternoons, weekends, nights (sleep over shifts) and public holidays.
