We are looking for two passionate gardeners/horticulturalists to lead and facilitate our Grassbusters program. Our vacancies are based in Pakenham and Dandenong.
Grassbusters is a garden maintenance and training program for adults with disabilities who are interested in learning horticulture/gardening and work skills. From basic gardening skills to Certificate II level this group works on small to medium garden projects and learns new skills, works as a team and connects with their community.
This is a full time position and you will have a different crew, of approximately 4 people each day, all with different abilities and a desire to learn new skills.

We currently have an exciting full time opportunity in our Supported Employment Division. The employment division covers supported work in warehousing, production, hospitality, administration and commercial gardening & outdoor maintenance. The successful person will have work experience in any one of these areas. A key function of the role will be working alongside people with a disability, engaging in work activities, providing support and helping them improve their skills and knowledge, while building their independence. You will be working with individual supported employees as well as small groups of up to 6 people, to help them achieve their goals. The role is based in Keysborough.
