"This course has been fantastic for Monique as she loves to go shopping by herself at our local shops, but does have trouble working out if she has been given the correct change.
I have encouraged her to get receipts and use the calculator on her phone to check if the change is correct. She occasionally arrives at the wrong answer on the calculator because she has forgotten to put in the decimal point.
These money skills lessons have been great enabling her to be more independent."

"Easwari has thoroughly enjoyed this new experience of Wallara Online - she is thriving and looking forward to the experience every Thursday!
Easwari enjoys a challenge and loves the interaction with her Learning Coach and friends. We look forward to the new Wallara Online opportunities moving forward."

If you appoint a plan manager they will look after the financial and administrative elements of the plan for you.

The NDIS will pay your plan manager who then then pay your providers for you.

You can choose to have NDIA manage your plan or you can choose to manage your Plan yourself.

Talk to your planner at your planning meeting about what is best for you.

To check your eligibility for NDIS Funding – you can find out more here: https://www.ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis/am-i-eligible

You will need an NDIS Plan, be over the age of 18 and have access to a tablet, laptop or desktop computer, the internet and a valid email address.

Due to the interactivity of our classes, using mobile phones to enjoy classes is not recommended.

To get you started we provide a 1-hour induction training class to help you with learning online.

The cost is the standard NDIS price for 1:1 support ($57.56). An experienced online coach will walk you through logging on, using our LearnCube™* platform.  We work at each individual own pace.

*Learncube™ is an entirely web-based learning platform – no additional software or downloads required.

The classes are either 1 or 2 hours in length. The classes run for a period of 12 weeks.

Most classes run at a 1:4 ratio – this means one Online Coach is coaching: supporting four clients.

However, we may also be able to arrange smaller classes and even 1:1 if that’s what you are seeking.

  • A 1-hour class with a 1:4 ratio costs $14.70 and this price is set by the NDIS. A 2-hour class (at 1:4) costs $29.40
  • A 1-hour 1:1 class would cost $58.80 and again this price is set by the NDIS.

Yes – there are 2 other charges:

Establishment fee

There is a once off fee of $150 to cover registering yourself and setting up your goals into our system. We will onboard you to ensure you are ready to start your class.

This fee is only ever charged once regardless of how many classes you attend.

Non-Face-to-Face support

This covers the time we spend making notes, planning the class, linking it to your individual goals, recording progress and improving the course content to suit your learning style. This shows on your invoice as NF2F.

While this is an individual charge based on how much time you need, our experience has shown that the average time needed is usually 15 minutes per 2-hour class which costs $14.70.

If we see that you need more or less than this support then we will discuss that with you and make the change accordingly.

We offer our classes in 12-week terms packages. You may be able to enter a term later than the advertised start date, but you must take all remaining classes in that term.
